How long does shipping take?
In Sri Lanka: 1–2 business days. International: 5–7 business days via DHL Express. All orders are fully insured and require a signature. You'll get a real-time tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our atelier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to many countries including the USA, UK, EU, India, Australia and the Gulf. Every parcel is tracked and fully insured.
Is shipping free?
Insured island-wide & worldwide delivery on orders above LKR 50,000. Below that, standard shipping starts at LKR 800 within Sri Lanka.
Can I pick up at the atelier?
Of course — and we'd love that. Pick-up is free. We'll have your piece ready, gift-wrapped if requested. Bring a friend.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days, unworn pieces, full refund. No questions asked. Engraved or fully bespoke pieces are made-to-order and aren't returnable, but we'll always do our best to make it right.
How do I start a return?

My Orders, find the piece, click "Return". We'll email a prepaid insured shipping label within 4 hours.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my ring size?
Three options: (1) measure a ring you own with our free PDF guide; (2) order our free physical sizing tool; (3) visit the atelier. We also include one free resizing per ring, for life.
Can you resize a ring after I receive it?
Yes — once free, lifetime. Just ship it back, we resize within 5 working days. Some intricate settings (e.g. full eternity bands) have limits — Aria can confirm.
Gemstones
Are your gemstones certified?
Our natural gemstones can be supplied with certification, including from the NGJA (Sri Lanka National Gem & Jewellery Authority). Ask us for a certificate with your piece.
Where do your sapphires come from?
Direct from family mines in Ratnapura, Sri Lanka — the world's oldest known sapphire region. We have a 3-generation relationship with our miners.
Are your stones heat-treated?
Mostly no. We specialise in no-heat Ceylon sapphires. Treatment is clearly disclosed on every product page and certificate.
Custom & Bespoke
What's the difference between Build Your Own and Bespoke?
Build Your Own is our AI-powered configurator — pick from preset stones, cuts, settings — done in minutes, made in 4–6 weeks. Bespoke is full custom from scratch with our master goldsmith — sketches, 3D renders, every detail your way, 6–10 weeks.
How long does a custom piece take?
Build Your Own: 4–6 weeks. Bespoke commission: 6–10 weeks. Rush available for an extra fee.
Can I bring my own stone?
Yes! We love working with heirloom stones. Send us a photo via WhatsApp and we'll confirm if it suits the setting you have in mind.
Care & Servicing
How do I clean my jewellery?
Warm water + a tiny drop of mild dish soap + soft toothbrush. Pat dry. For deeper cleans, send it to us — free lifetime polishing.
Lifetime warranty — what's included?
Polishing, re-tipping prongs, stone resetting, rhodium re-plating (white gold), one free resizing per ring. Repairs beyond reasonable wear are priced separately.

Who is Aria?
Aria is our AI atelier assistant. She helps you find pieces, build custom designs, navigate sizing, check warranty status, arrange gifts, and handle most customer service queries — instantly, 24/7. She'll escalate to a human if needed.
Is Aria a real person?
No — she's an AI. But she's been trained on 48 years of TashLK atelier knowledge and can connect you to a human stylist anytime.
